discography updates

archive work in progress... january 10, 2012 work is in progress on a redesign to match the layout of the burning souls site. i'll be able to provide better features and hopefully finish getting the rest of the releases into the database. i've also been archiving high quality scans of many of the releases to replace the old nincollector one's. if you have any, send them my way! november 3, 2011 a pretty hate machine release from argentina has been added. it appears there was a misprint during production as the disc is missing the blue artwork along with the track list and record company info. if you have more info on this, let me know. i also wanted to mention that the discography will be undergoing yet another re-design. it will be converted to the layout currently used on burning souls, only i will be changing the colors a bit to distinguish between the two. this will allow for a better looking design and let me display information in a more efficient way. march 10, 2010 the further down the spiral releases have been added to the discography, including the hurt and piggy promo releases. november 20, 2009 i've added an official halo release page that gives a graphical view of all the halos. this can be used in conjunction with the drop-down menu. the 'covers of nin' and 'other work' section will also be updated with their own index page as well. i've also created a sitemap for the discography for better search indexing. august 17, 2009 i have added links to the bootleg drop-down menu that point to the information from the previous version of the discography. all the information should be accessible in the old format. all the info will eventually be transferred to the discography database along with about 100 more bootlegs from 2000 and after. july 23, 2009 the domestic releases of closer to god have been added to the database july 18, 2009 i've finally added a search engine to the discography. while it's still pretty basic and not very pleasing to the eye, it gets the job done. for best results, i would search by catalog number first. you are currently able to search by catalog number, format and comments. july 15, 2009 i have added the nin discography store where you can browse amazon.com through the discography for nin items. i've also added a buy link on the releases section for each halo. july 2, 2009 i've added a feature to the releases...when you click on the flag icon to view all the releases from that specific country, you now see a small album icon so you know which title goes with which release. june 30, 2009 i've changed the releases section up again. rather than choose a domestic, import, promo or video release from the drop-down menu...you now just have one option for each release. you will then get a list of all releases associated with the halo. you will be able to see the type of release (domestic, import, etc...) in the list now. should help in browsing the releases. you are now able to sort the releases by the fields listed on each page.
