other NINE INCH NAILS: UNDERGROUND: MOLLOWITZ
mollowitz was created deep into 2002 when Cody Burger (keyboards) and Alejandro Castano (guitar/ vocals) decided the music world is in need of a cultural revolution they knew themselves to be able to provide. Alejandro Castano had previously recorded albums under the project name 'Sadix' which was disbanded earlier that year. Their first song 'vitriol' was recorded in September 2002 in the Burger Parlor recording studios. Castano then went into an unsuccessful band called 'sillouette' only to quit after two months and return to mollowitz. The name of the band was a consequence of fate; Castano opened the columbia encyclopedia at a random page and landed on an article about the battle of 'Mollwitz' in or near present-day Germany. Castano later misspelled it and after Burger's approval the band erased its earlier prototype name "psycocritical paranoism" for "mollowitz".
By March 2003 they had a demo disk in circulation which included the hard-rock single "terra's suicide" and tracks with palpable classical music influences such as the acclaimed "Cody Sonata". (all available for you to download.)
All tracks recorded at either the Burger Parlor or Mah'Abid's wasteland and produced by Mollowitz. all tracks are (or soon to be) copyrighted to (burger, castano) except for AGGRESSION which you are perfectly allowed to steal and modify unless you can hear the guitar and bass in the background in which case you MUST contact Jean-Carlos Hernandez before beginning masturbation of any kind. be warned, may be deteriorating to your own health. radioactivity through your coronary skeletal structure may infuse contemporary social values and taboos into your ecosystem so SAVE THE WHALES! WE ARE WITHIN THE 48 HOURS! REMEMBER THIS MOMENT. TODAY, WE ARE HISTORY. Yet still so meaningless. the whole concept of MOLLOWITZ is to put music over the person again. pop and rock stars have for too long been idolized. the music shall live on, as we will die. and it is the only way in which we, as humans, will ever achieve, within this human world at least, any kind of meaningful existence. this is our voice. this is our story. this is...mollowitz
